SAFE LOCK INSTRUCTIONS
Room Safe โ Setting Your Code
1. Press the red button inside the battery compartment of the safe door.
2. Enter a 4-digit code of your choice.
3. Press โEโ to confirm.
Test Before Locking
4. Before closing the door, test your new code by entering the 4 digits and pressing โEโ to make sure it unlocks correctly.
Securing Your Belongings
5. If everything works properly, place your belongings inside.
6. Close the door and lock the safe.
Opening the Safe
7. To open, enter your 4-digit code and press โEโ.
Before Checkout
8. Please leave the safe open and remove all belongings before checking out.
Living room Safe โ Setting Your Code
1. Press the red button on the back of the safe door.
2. Enter a 4-digit code of your choice.
3. Press โ#โ to confirm.

SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM
โข The sound system is located to the left of the bed, mounted on the column.
โข Turn on the system by rotating the volume knob to the right until you reach your desired volume level.
โข When the Bluetooth indicator light is blinking red and blue, open your phoneโs Bluetooth settings and look for โHCS-628.โ
โข Once connected, the system will play a confirmation sound, and youโll be ready to enjoy your favorite music from Spotify or any audio app.
โข To turn off the system, simply rotate the volume knob all the way to the left until it clicks off.

Please keep the volume at a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a comfortable environment for all neighbors and guests in the building.

SMART TVs
โข The Smart TVs come with Netflix and other streaming apps installed.
โข Please use your own account to sign in.
โข To watch local channels, use the TV remote.
โข One TV in the bedroom controlled by the Hisense controller and one in the living room controlled by the Samsung controller.

Chute
โข Located next to the elevator, inside the gray door.
โข Always bag and tie your trash before throwing it away.
โข Do NOT throw glass bottles down the chute.
โข Place them in the sink next to the chute instead.

JACUZZI (HOT TUB)
โข Before filling the jacuzzi, press the drain to close it.
โข Turn the middle handle to open the hot water.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the left handle is turned fully to the left so the waterfall faucet activates and not the handheld shower (teleducha).
Not checking this may cause water to spray out of control and spill all over the room.
โข Wait 15โ20 minutes until the water level is at least 5 inches (12 cm) above all the hydro jets.
โข Make sure the water is hot, but not too hot, before getting in.
โข ONLY turn on the hydro jets and bubbles after the water fully covers the jets and you are inside the jacuzzi.
โข โ ๏ธ Turning the hydro jets on before reaching the indicated level can damage the motors.
โข Use the control panel located at the end of the jacuzzi to activate jets, bubbles, and lights.
โข After using the jacuzzi, turn off jets, bubbles, and lights BEFORE opening the drain.
โข โ ๏ธ Not following this instruction can damage the motors.
โข Always open the drain when youโre finished so the water can empty properly. Please drain the jacuzzi after you use it.

WASHER โ Located in the last floor (A) with extra cost.
1. Open the washer door and place your clothes inside.
โข Do not overload the machine for best results.
2. Add detergent in the compartment labeled โDetergentes.โ
โข Use liquid or powder detergent.
โข Do NOT add detergent directly into the drum.
3. Close the washer door firmly until it clicks. (โ ๏ธ Once started the door does not open again make sure to place all your clothes or sheets inside the machine before starting it)
4. On the payment/selection panel, select your wash cycle (indicated on the display with lights).
โข Choose the appropriate program depending on your load.
5. Proceed with the payment (only cash and be aware the machine does not give change)
โข Price is shown on the display.
6. Once the payment is processed, press the start button.
7. When finished, the door will unlock automatically.
โข Remove your clothes promptly to keep the laundry area tidy.

DRYER โ How to Use
1. Place your washed clothes in the dryer (top machine).
โข Shake clothes slightly to improve drying.
2. Clean the lint filter โ this helps the dryer work efficiently.
3. Close the dryer door firmly. During the drying cycle you can open the door and place delicate clothe and close the door, the machine will continue the drying cycle after pressing the start button.
4. Select a drying program on the dryer panel.
โข Choose the time or program that best fits your load.
5. Proceed with the payment (only cash and be aware the machine does not give change)
6. Once the payment is processed, press the start button.
7. When the cycle ends, remove your clothes immediately to avoid wrinkles and humidity.
