Smart Lock 

To open the main door, press the password and then the check ✅ (If you have not registered, go to Airbnb messages and press the link provided for your registration. The password is at the same link after registering). To lock the door on your way out press and hold the check ✅ on the smart lock.

A/C ❄️ 

To use the air conditioner, press the power button to turn on and adjust to the desired temperature by pressing the up or down arrows on the Temp button. Please turn off the ac before leaving the room always or if you have the balcony, doors or any other windows open, thank you.

Room Safe – Setting Your Code

For your convenience and security, the bedroom is equipped with a personal electronic safe.

Setting Your Personal Code

1. With the safe door open, press the red button located on the inside of the door.

2. Enter a 4-digit code of your choice.

3. Press the E button to confirm.

Test Your Code Before Storing Valuables

Before placing any valuables inside, please perform the following test:

1. With the safe door still open, turn the knob to the locked position.

2. Enter the 4-digit code you just created.

3. Press the E button.

4. Verify that the locking mechanism disengages properly and that the knob turns freely again.

5. Once you confirm that the code works correctly, the safe is ready to use.

Storing Your Belongings

1. Place your belongings inside the safe.

2. Turn the knob to the locked position to secure it.

Opening the Safe

1. Enter your 4-digit code.

2. Press the E button.

3. Turn the knob to open the safe.

Before Check-Out

Please:

1. Remove all of your belongings from the safe.

2. Leave the safe door open so our housekeeping team can verify that it is empty.

Hot Water Instructions 🚿

The apartment is equipped with a tankless water heater (on-demand heater). Hot water is available 24/7, but it may take a short time to reach the shower.

How to Get Hot Water

1. Turn on the hot water in the shower by opening the water knob entirely to the left. 

2. Wait approximately 30–60 seconds for the water to heat up and travel through the pipes.

3. Once the water becomes warm, adjust the temperature to your preference by gently turning the knob to the right until you get the desire temperature.

Important

* If the water is not hot immediately, this is normal. Please allow up to two minutes for the heater to warm the water.

* For the best experience, avoid opening hot water taps in multiple areas of the apartment at the same time while showering.

Smart TV 📺 

The Smart Tv has Netflix and other popular streaming services, but you will have to use your own account.

Washer-Dryer Machine

Free washer-dryer machine (Just in front of the fridge) the washer dryer is an electric machine so have in mind your belongings will be handled with care, but the drying cycle can take longer than a gas dryer.
